Eir currently ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses at this time.

• Standard shipping: $4.95
• Express shipping: $11.95
• Free standard shipping on orders of $49 or more

Shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment. Free standard shipping applies to eligible orders after discounts and before taxes, if any.

Order processing

Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days before shipping. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, order size, and fulfillment conditions. Orders are not typically processed on weekends or holidays.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Eir is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, contact us at info@eirrx.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and photos of the item and packaging when relevant.
